Professional and Vocational Training
Under this field, we are aiming to empower survivors and at-risk women by providing them with skills that surpass the basic sewing and manufacturing positions, such as basic literacy, mathematics, financial planning and micro financing to allow them to enter the workforce and have actual influence, both individually and as a community.
These women will also have upward mobility by learning additional skill sets allowing them access to jobs in fashion manufacturing, small businesses and entrepreneurship. By doing so, we are addressing barriers, and breaking down any segregations between different groups.
